Dr. Bradle

Director

Dr. Bradle is a distinguished implant surgeon with over a decade of experience. A graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, he advanced his skills through postdoctoral training, including a General Practice Residency at Lancaster General Hospital and an Implant Fellowship at Louisiana State University, New Orleans. His tenure as Chief Resident at LSU, Baton Rouge, strengthened his leadership and surgical expertise.

Dr. Bradle was awarded the 2017 Zimmer Implant Fellowship, and he continues to push the boundaries of implantology. He completed advanced implant training at the University of Alabama and studied remote anchorage surgical techniques in Sao Paulo, Brazil, under Dr. Alex Salvoni. His expertise in zygomatic, pterygoid, and other remote anchorage techniques makes him a leader in treating severe maxillary atrophy.

Beyond surgery, Dr. Bradle is an educator, frequently lecturing at professional conferences and contributing to dental publications, sharing his knowledge to elevate the field of implant dentistry.

Dr. Tyler J. Tolbert

Instructor

Dr. Tolbert is the Founder and COO of Smile Now Dental Group, a network specializing in full-arch digital workflows. Launching his implant career immediately after dental school, he played a key role in establishing implant-exclusive clinics and serving as Chief Clinical Officer for a multi-regional DSO.

A Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr. Tolbert specializes in the management of highly atrophic maxillae, utilizing cutting-edge techniques like pterygoids, trans-sinus, and palatal implant approaches. His experience in domestic and international training allows him to successfully treat over 99% of full-arch cases.

As the owner of Smile Now Tri Cities Dentures and Implants in Central Washington, Dr. Tolbert performs 15-20 full-arch cases per month and mentors other clinicians within the Smile Now network. He also co-hosts "The FIXED Podcast," a leading resource on full-arch implantology and education.
